For seven years, I have been writing The Dance column for the Improper Bostonian magazine, a bi-monthly publication that has an audited readership of over 400,000 people. The column is supposed to reflect the endless Dance of Life, and all its absurdities. The column can go anywhere from profiles of colorful characters to restaurant, book, and movie recommendations, to travel, and to comments on money matters and areas of interest to me, like modern parenting, bachelorette parties, and why this city, more than any other, is about politics, sports, and revenge.
